Revised 12/02/10

Rutland through time

96 pages in colour on quality paper
200 images of the County of Rutland past and present

To be published May/June 2010

Rutland through Time is my next project and is currently in production for Amberley Publishing

The book will be a companion volume to Leicester through Time (see right) which was published in October 2009

The volume will reflect the County of Rutland's long history by using archive photographs and modern images

All the archive images will be taken from the remarkable Jack Hart Collection at Rutland County Museum.  Each 19th and early 20th Century image will be matched with a view of the same scene photographed in 2010

From the publisher:

The Amberley THROUGH TIME series is an exciting development for local interest publishing, printed on quality paper and  with the use of full colour throughout - on every page.

The books are in the form of ‘then and now’ with archive photographs produced in a rich sepia and new photographs in full colour printed on quality paper.

This series truly brings local interest publishing into the 21st Century and is an evocative addition to bookshelves, proving to be of interest to young and old alike."
